Grease a mold with butter or margarine and line it with the dough (mix all the ingredients together until they form a ball)
Bake in a hot oven for about 15 minutes
Remove from the oven and place mozzarella cheese slices on top
In a blender, blend milk with curry powder, egg, salt, and pepper
Pour over the tart and sprinkle with flour
Bake again until the cream is thick and almost dry
