1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
1 cup of cold water
1 cup of fresh cream mixed with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
2 cups of ricotta cheese
1/2 cup of grated cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons of chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons of chopped red pepper
2 tablespoons of finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon of English Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 sprig of paprika
1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
1 cup of cold water

2 cups of ricotta cheese
1/2 cup of grated cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons of chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons of chopped red pepper

1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 sprig of paprika
Let the gelatin soak in cold water in a small bowl for 5 minutes
Dissolve it in warm water
Remove from heat
Mix the cream with lemon juice and mayonnaise
Slowly add the mixture to the gelatin
Stir well
Add the remaining ingredients
Place in a ring mold
Refrigerate until firm
To serve, unmold
If difficult, briefly submerge the mold in hot water
Serve with cream crackers
Serves 4-6 portions.
