Directions

Place a sieve over a bowl

Ladle the yogurt into it, making sure to cover the bottom completely with a clean tablecloth

Leave it in the refrigerator until the next day

Mix, whisking vigorously, the drained yogurt, honey, rosewater, and heavy cream

Portion out into small cups

Remove the cups from the refrigerator and drizzle half a teaspoon of grenadine syrup over each cup's cream
