1 egg

3/4 cup of oats
1/2 cup of strawberries, raspberries or blueberries
1 tablespoon of chopped nuts or almonds or hazelnuts
1 tablespoon of protein supplement base powder
1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed
1 tablespoon of natural yogurt
1/2 banana sliced
1 egg

Beat the egg well and then add the next six ingredients (listed above) and microwave in a conventional oven for two minutes
Let it cool down for a few minutes
Place the banana and yogurt on top and serve.
