As the cream turns into butter, a liquid called buttermilk will form
Remove this buttermilk as it appears
This buttermilk can be used for drinking or in baking cakes and cookies
The butter is ready when no more buttermilk forms
Note: Buttermilk has a delicious flavor and a minimal amount of fat.
