3 cups of water
1 cup of bean
1 tablespoon of salt
3 cups of water

Mix the bean with the water and salt, and bring to a boil
Cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally
Transfer to a mold, let it cool
Unmold and serve with quibebe (recipe below)
Serve in 4 portions.
