4 apples or pears without skin and seeds, cut into four pieces

1 tablespoon of olive oil

Heat the olive oil in a pan over high heat and sauté the lamb for 10 minutes
Season with salt, black pepper, and reserve
In the same pan, over low heat, add the onion, garlic, ginger, honey, English pepper, cinnamon, and cook until the mixture thickens
Return the lamb to the pan and pour in the liquid
Bring to a boil and reduce the heat
Cover and simmer for 45 minutes
If needed, add more liquid
When the lamb is tender, add the fresh fruit and simmer
Add the lemon juice and sesame oil, then garnish with parsley.
