To make the dough, grease two baking sheets
Mix the butter or margarine with the hot milk and let it cool a bit
Add the yeast that has been dissolved and let it rest for 10 minutes
Add the flour and salt and mix well
Knead for 5 minutes
Cover with a cloth and let it rest for 40 minutes in a protected place
Open to get a thickness of 1/2 cm
Cut into rounds about 6 cm in diameter
To make the topping, chop the salami into small pieces
Mix the parsley, oregano, and tomato paste
Spread evenly on the dough rounds
Sprinkle with chopped salami and cover with cheese
Bake in a hot oven
For 15 to 20 minutes.
