Preheat the oven to 250°F
In a 29x20cm rectangular or oval baking dish, combine the uncooked rice, garlic, sausage links, and corn and peas
Mix well
Add salt to the boiling water and pour it over the ingredients in the baking dish
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes, or until the rice is cooked
Let it rest for 6 hours.
