A preheat the oven to moderate temperatures (180°C)
Melt the butter or margarine in a medium-sized frying pan
Add the scallions and cook until they slightly soften
Pour into a refractory dish
Add the remaining ingredients except for the almonds
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 45 minutes or until all the liquid has been absorbed
Add the almonds and mix with a spoon
To freeze: let it cool down
Wrap in aluminum paper, label, and put in the freezer
To thaw: leave in the refrigerator for one day to the next with aluminum paper, or at room temperature for 6 to 7 hours
Before serving, warm up in the oven on a water bath
