3 soup spoons of butter

1 cup of uncooked rice
1 cup of dry white wine
1 and 1/3 cups of beef broth

In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the onion
Cook until softened
Fry, stirring constantly, until the onion is translucent
Add the rice and cook for a few minutes
In another saucepan, heat the white wine and beef broth
Pour over the rice
Season with salt and thyme
Cover and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes or until the rice is cooked
Dust with Parmesan cheese
Garnish with coarsely chopped parsley and serve.
