Season the strips with garlic and salt
Dip them in flour, then eggs, and finally puff pastry. Reserve
Melt the butter and olive oil in a medium microwave-safe bowl for 2 minutes
Arrange the strips on top of the butter mixture and bake in the oven for 2.5 minutes
Flip the chicken over, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and bake for an additional 2.5 minutes
Serve immediately.
