Mix the ground beef well with water, salt, and pepper
With this mixture, shape 18 meatballs
Heat a skillet with olive oil and fry them, on all sides, until they're nicely browned
Let them cool down and, if desired, coat 12 of them in sweet paprika
Assemble the skewers by alternating two pickled peppers, one meatball with paprika, one onion, and one meatball with paprika
Serve chilled
Yield: 6 skewers.
