In a pot, melt the butter and add the onion
Stir until it's translucent
Fry, stirring constantly, until the onion is soft
Add the rice and cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally
In another pot, heat the wine and beef broth and pour over the rice
Season with salt and pepper
Cover and simmer on low heat until the rice is tender (about 20 minutes)
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese
Garnish with coarsely chopped salsa and serve.
