If using broth, reduce the salt by half
Lets it boil, lower the heat and cook in a covered pot for 15 minutes without lifting the lid or stirring
Add 1 cup of diced avocado and 1/2 cup of seedless tomato, chopped
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed
