Preheat the oven
In a mixing bowl, combine the rice, sausage, onion, garlic, milk, eggs, salt, and pepper
Mix well and transfer to a greased baking dish
Arrange the sliced olives on top of the rice and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese
Bake in a moderate oven for 40 minutes, or until golden brown
