3/4 cup of caju nuts

Wash and dry the rice
Put the butter in a pan with the onion
Fry for a bit, add the rice and salt
Stir well, add the boiling water
Reduce heat and cook until the rice is tender
Remove from heat, place in a bowl and add caju nuts
Mix well and serve
Drink: an ideal accompaniment is a red wine.
