Heat the coconut oil in a pan, sauté the onion and garlic
Add the rice and sauté for three minutes, stirring occasionally
Add the water, coconut milk, and let it cook
Remove from heat, add the burnt coconut, Pimenta dedo-de-mojo, salt, and mix with a spoon
Let the pan sit for some minutes
Place in a serving dish and serve.
