Bring the water to a boil with 1 tablespoon of salt
Let it simmer and add the rice
Cook until the rice is al dente
Drain well, add the curry powder, check the salt, and keep warm
Rinse the raisins and drain
Lightly fry the nuts in oil, add the raisins, and let cook for a few more minutes
Drain and spread over the rice
Serve with poultry sauces
