Wash the spinach, chop it into leaves and blanch it in boiling water for 8 minutes
Punch the onion and lightly fry it in butter
Squeeze out excess water from the spinach and add the onion
Fry for another 5 minutes
Mix with yogurt
Add other seasonings and mix well
Beat eggs in a bowl
Cook rice in boiling water with salt and drain
Briefly before putting half of the rice in the mold, take 5 or 6 tablespoons of rice and mix it with the eggs
Grease the mold with 4 tablespoons of melted butter
