1 Preheat the oven to medium temperature
2 Melt the butter, add the green pepper and onion, reduce heat and fry until they soften, but don't burn, for four minutes
3 Beat the eggs with a fork in a bowl with the milk
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well
Pour into a lightly greased baking dish
4 Bake for 45 minutes or until it's lightly golden brown and firm
Serve with poultry, meat, and roasted vegetables.
