Boil the sweet potatoes in water
Peel and cut them into 1 cm thick slices
Arrange the slices side by side in a refractory dish
Top with tomatoes, parsley, and chives

Place cheese strips on top and bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly
