In a blender, combine pecans, flour, oil, yeast, cheese, and eggs
Season with salt and pepper and blend until smooth
Transfer the mixture to a bowl, add carrots and onion, and mix delicately
Adjust seasoning and pour into a greased and floured 9-inch round cake pan
Bake in a preheated oven at medium heat until golden brown
Serve warm or cold.
