800g of fresh peas
2 cups of washed and drained rice
0.5kg of ground or minced beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, crushed with a pinch of salt
4 tablespoons of olive oil
0.25 tablespoon of dry black pepper
5-6 cups of water (if necessary, add more)
Salt

Sauté the onions in olive oil (just half), until they're golden brown
Add the garlic and peas, sauté for another 5 minutes
Add water to cook the mixture
On a separate part, sauté the beef in the remaining olive oil
Add the cooked rice and peas
Add salt and black pepper
Keep on heat until the end of cooking
Serve hot.
