1 boneless chicken breast (300 g)
4 1/2 cups of water
4 tablespoons of olive oil
1/4 cup of unpeeled mangoes
1/4 cup of snubar (optional)
1 medium onion, chopped
150 g of ground meat
2 cups of washed and drained rice
1 tablespoon of cinnamon (to sprinkle)
1 tablespoon of salt
Cinnamon to sprinkle (for dusting)

In a pot, cook the chicken breast with water and salt to taste
Remove the chicken from the broth and reserve both
Aquatic oil in a pot, caramelize the mangoes and snubar
Remove them and reserve
In the same pot, sauté the onion until it starts to brown, then add the ground meat
When browning, add the rice, cinnamon, and salt
Mix well
Cover with 3 cups of the chicken broth reserved earlier and cook over low heat, covered, until the rice is cooked and fluffy
If necessary, add more broth or water
Cut the chicken breast into large pieces
Transfer the rice to a serving dish, place the mangoes and snubar on top, and distribute the chicken pieces
Dust with a little cinnamon and serve hot
