Ingredients:
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 cup of rice
1 cup of roasted cashew nuts
5 cm of ginger strips
3 1/2 cups of water
1/2 teaspoon of sweet paprika
1/2 teaspoon of thyme
1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin
To garnish
2 oranges, peeled and cut into slices

Preparation:
In a saucepan, heat the onion with olive oil over medium heat until softened
Add the rice and cashew nuts and stir-fry
Add the remaining ingredients
Simmer over low heat with the saucepan covered until the rice is cooked
Serve hot with oranges.
