Melt the butter in a microwave-safe container for 1 minute and 30 seconds, or until melted
Add the Parmesan cheese and eggs
Mix well
Combine the rice, nutmeg, and pepper
Adjust seasoning to taste
Cover with plastic wrap, pierced in several places, and bake at medium heat for 5 minutes
At half the cooking time, rotate the dish and continue baking
Garnish with fine grated Parmesan cheese
If you want a different presentation, place the rice in a cavity-shaped mold or individual ramekins lightly greased with butter, and unmold onto a serving plate.
