Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in the refrigerator and place it in the oven at high heat for 1 minute and 30 seconds, or until melted
Add the Parmesan cheese and eggs
Mix well

Add the cooked rice, nutmeg, and black pepper
Adjust the seasoning
Cover with plastic wrap, pierced in various places, and bake in medium heat for 5 minutes

Halfway through cooking, rotate the plate and continue cooking
Dress with fine Parmesan cheese shavings
If you want a different presentation, place the rice in a hole-shaped mold or individual ramekins lightly greased with butter, and unmold onto a serving plate.
