Heat the sausage in hot water, chop it into small pieces and set aside
In a pan, heat the olive oil, add the rosemary and sauté the onion until translucent
Add the sausage and cook for another two minutes
Add the peas and let them cook for three more minutes
Mix in the rice and grated cheese
Turn off the heat, sprinkle with sausage and serve.
