Heat the olive oil in a medium-sized pan over medium heat
Add the salt and onion, and sauté quickly
Combine the couve and rice, mixing well
Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
Drain the water and coconut milk, and let it simmer
Reduce the heat, cover the pan, and cook for an additional 20 minutes or until the rice is tender
Add the pepper sauce, stir quickly, and serve immediately.
