In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat until it's fully melted
Add the onion and sauté for 1 minute
Add the rice and stir for an additional minute
Add the passion fruit and chicken broth
Bring to a boil, cover, and reduce the heat
Simmer for 30 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed and the rice is tender.
