2 large sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
100g of shrimp
1/3 cup (ch) of olive oil
Sliced green onions to taste
1/2 cup (ch) of tomato sauce
2 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup (ch) of vegetable broth
3 tablespoons of biscuit flour
3 tablespoons of grated cheese

1 Preheat the oven to 400°F
In a pot, boil the sweet potatoes in salted water, drain and reserve
2 Cook the shrimp until pink and drained
In a greased baking dish, arrange the sweet potatoes and shrimp
Dress with olive oil and sprinkle green onions
3 Spread the tomato sauce on top, followed by the rice and vegetable broth
4 Sprinkle biscuit flour and grated cheese
Bake for 25 minutes
Serve immediately.
