In the evening, wash the meat and cut it into cubes

Change the water at least three times
Heat the olive oil in a cast-iron skillet and fry the onion and garlic until golden
Add the drained meat and fry, stirring occasionally
Add the rice without washing and stir-fry constantly
Cover with hot water to about three fingers above the level of the rice and mix well
