Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) (hot)
Mix the water, rice, and salt in a heatproof dish that is not greased, with a capacity of 1 liter (17 x 17 cm)
Cover it well with aluminum foil
Place it in the oven and bake until all the liquid has been absorbed and the rice is cooked (about 30 minutes)
Dust with parsley
