2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 chopped onion
2 cooked and shredded chicken breasts, tempered
1 can of corn
1 cup (ch) of green olives, pitted
Chopped salsa to taste
4 medium-sized potatoes, boiled and mashed
1 tablespoon of butter
1/4 cup (ch) of milk
4 cups of cooked rice
150g of mozzarella cheese, sliced

Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion until golden brown
Mix in the chicken, corn, olives, and cook for a few minutes
Turn off the heat and add the salsa
In a separate pan, mix together the potato, butter, and milk
Gently grease a baking dish with some oil, layer the rice, the cooked mixture, and top with the mashed potatoes
Finish with mozzarella cheese and bake until golden brown and melted
Serve immediately.
