1 1/2 cups of fresh pig's blood

In a pot, place the beef, chicken, pork ribs, leek, trotter, and shoulder
Add 3 tablespoons of water and bring to a boil
Add all seasonings
Let it cook well until all meats are tender
Remove the meats and chop them up
In the cooking liquid, add the rice
When the rice is half-cooked, add the meats and blood
Continue cooking until the rice is cooked, adding more hot water as needed
In our test, we added an additional 10 cups of water
