1 cup of rice
1 coconut
3 cups of water
to taste salt

Grate the coconut
Squeeze the grated coconut, obtaining about 3/4 cup of thick coconut milk
Set aside
Scoop over a bag 3 cups of boiling water and squeeze again to remove fine coconut milk
Place a pot with rice and fine coconut milk and season with salt
When the rice is almost cooked, add the thick coconut milk and let it cook until the end
Serves 4 people.
