1 cup of uncooked rice
1 cup of passionfruit juice concentrate
4 and 1/2 cups of water
3 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
1 can of condensed milk
1/2 can of half-and-half cream without serum.
Sauce:
1 cup of water
Pulp of 2 passionfruits
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of uncooked rice

In a saucepan, combine the passionfruit juice, water, cloves, and cinnamon stick
Bring to a boil and let it simmer
Add the washed rice and cook over low heat until well cooked
Join the condensed milk and cook for five more minutes
Remove from heat and mix in the half-and-half cream
Let it cool and serve in dishes
Sauce:
Mix the water, passionfruit pulp, and sugar
Bring to a boil and let it thicken over low heat without stirring
Let it cool and serve over the sweet rice.
