4 cups of chicken broth
2 cups of rice
3 sticks of cinnamon
1/2 cup of butter
2 tablespoons of olive oil
7 onion rings
Salt and black pepper to taste

In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil
Add the rice and cinnamon
Reduce heat and cover
Cook for 30 minutes or until the rice is tender. Reserve
In a skillet, melt the butter and olive oil over low heat
Add the onion and cook for 40 minutes or until caramelized
Remove from heat, reserve one portion for garnish, and combine the rest with the cooked rice
Mix well
Season with salt and black pepper to taste
Transfer to a ring mold, press down gently
Invert onto a large platter, garnish with reserved onion and cinnamon sticks.
