400 grams ground beef

Wash the cabbage leaves and remove a strip from the stem, making it flat and easier to roll
Set aside
Mix the ground beef with the other ingredients
Place 2-3 tablespoons of filling on each cabbage leaf
Roll up and repeat the process with the remaining leaves
Place the cabbage rolls in the perforated part of a colander (or use a suitable pot)
Cook over low heat for 15 minutes or until the meat is cooked.
