2 cups of chicken or beef broth (use bouillon cubes)

Heat the fat in a pot, then add the onion and garlic and sauté until the onion is translucent
Add the washed rice and fry it until it's golden brown, adding more fat if necessary
Add the broth and cover with a lid that fits tightly
Let it simmer, then reduce heat to the lowest possible and let it cook slowly for 16 to 20 minutes or until the rice is tender
Remove the lid and let the rice cool
Serve after 6 portions.
