Cook the rice with four cups of water
Use the remaining water to make an infusion with parsley and reserve
Separately, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion, garlic, and thyme
When the rice is drying out, add the parsley, salt, and sautéed seasonings
Mix well and divide the rice into two portions
In one portion, add grated carrot and in the other add chopped spinach
Combine them and return to heat
Cook until the remaining liquid has evaporated.
