1 cup of whole grain rice
8 cups of water
2 cups of fresh papaya, cut into cubes
1 cup of shredded coconut
1 cup of cream mixed with
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Salt to taste

1 Cook the rice in boiling water until it's soft
Drain well and place in a bowl
2 While still warm, combine the papaya and refrigerate for an hour
Leave for an hour
Add the coconut and cream, mixing until the rice is well coated with the cream
3 Season with salt
Refrigerate until serving time
