3 artichoke hearts, cut into pieces
3 slices of canned palm heart, cut into rounds
2 medium-sized balls of bocconcini cheese, cut into pieces
1 pinch of paprika powder

Heat the garlic powder over high heat and fry the onion with salt for 5 minutes
Add the rice and stir
Pour in the boiling water and reduce the heat to low
Cover and cook without stirring for 35 minutes or until the rice is cooked

In a pan, heat the olive oil
Add the dried tomatoes, bocconcini cheese, palm heart, artichoke hearts, and herbs
Stir for 1 minute
Add the paprika powder and mix
Pour over the rice, mix, and serve.
