'2 and 1/4 cups of hot water'
1 pinch of salt
2 tablespoons of curry powder

Wash the rice and soak it in water
Let it rest for 30 minutes
Drain and reserve
Fry the onion in oil and add the rice
Fry it for three minutes
Pour off the excess water, season with salt and curry, and stir well
Cook over low heat, partially covered, until the rice is tender
If necessary, add more hot water
Let it rest for five minutes before serving.
