Preheat the oven to a high temperature

Grease a baking dish with oil

Slice the zucchini into 0.5 cm thick strips
Season with garlic, salt, and black pepper
Arrange the strips in the prepared baking dish and bake for 15 minutes
Flip and bake for an additional 8 minutes

Crush the tomato paste over a fine-mesh sieve and spread it evenly over the pre-baked pizza dough, leaving a 2 cm border
Distribute the zucchini, top with mozzarella cheese, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
Finish with oregano.
