Cut each potato into slices about 1/2 cm thick
Place each potato on a square of aluminum foil, maintaining its original shape
Insert an onion slice between each pair of potato slices
Brush each potato with 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine
Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of salt, a pinch of oregano, and paprika
Close the packets tightly and place them in a baking dish
Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C for about 50 minutes or until the potatoes are tender
Serve warm with meats, poultry, baked fish, or grilled meat.
