Remove the skin from the chicken thighs and reserve
Cut the tomato and onion into four pieces, then cut the chicken into cubes of the same size as the tomato
Mix the lemon juice, water, salt, and black pepper
Season the chicken cubes with salt and sprinkle on the tomato
Moisten wooden skewers for grilling large and assemble the kebabs: place chicken pieces in between tomato and onion pieces
Place on the grill pan without direct contact with the flames and then cook until the chicken is golden brown and tender.
