Mix the cream cheese with lemon juice, salt, and pepper

Gradually add the olive oil while whisking with a wooden spoon

Place one slice of white bread on a plate
Spread a little of the carrot and onion mixture over it and sprinkle some spinach leaves
Cover with a slice of black bread previously spread with the cream cheese and pressed firmly to secure the filling

Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over the top layer of bread
Distribute grated carrot and chopped parsley evenly
Cover with another slice of bread also spread with cream cheese.
