4 cups cooked and well-drained rice

200 g small shrimp
150 g ham cut into fine cubes

1/2 cup cooked carrots in cubes

1 tablespoon soy sauce

Heat two tablespoons of sesame oil and sauté the shrimp for two minutes
Add the ham and stir for one minute
